Do you charge for an initial consultation?
No. The first conversation about a potential project is free of charge. We listen, we ask about your building and your budget, and we tell you honestly whether we are the right fit before any work or any fee is discussed. Only once we agree to prepare a written scope or a quotation does any charge arise, and that is always set out clearly before we begin.
How quickly will you reply to my enquiry?
We aim to answer every enquiry within one working day, and usually much faster during office hours. If you need an urgent answer on a live site, call +19146165947 and ask for the project team rather than waiting on email. For a routine structural check or a quote we typically arrange a site visit between the second and fifth working day after you get in touch.
Do you work on both residential and commercial projects?
Yes. The Company serves homeowners through extensions and renovations, and it serves developers and businesses through structural design, build management, BIM and compliance reviews. Whatever the scale, the same honest method applies, and we will tell you early if a specialist outside our team should join the project for insurance or certification reasons.
